ITC has come out with matches called AIM. I really love the matches, they have so many witty lines on it, and the moment you pick up the match, you will flip it to see that what's written on the other side.
One of the lines I really like goes like
"Winners never quit and quitters never win, but those who never win and never quit are really fools"
So true.
I had realized it long ago, that there is a limit of effort you put in to get a certain thing. And still if you don't achieve that, any more effort is actually foolish and ruins your remaining capability. What's the use. Another argument is that "if you want it that bad, you will get it". But every problem has not one but many solutions, if you can't solve it in a reasonable timeframe, then you should move on. Because if the problem is beyond your comprehension, work more on acquiring the skill on solving the problem instead of being stuck on it blindly.
Because no one would like to be known just for solving just one problem in life that took all the time and resources. And I am not talking about a problem like e=mc square.
If you spend too much time on a girl, that's not done. If someone tries to play hard to get, don't make them feel important. Play as long as you are not losing, if you are getting too much in to her, just get out. Because, after all she might be just playing, using you to feel nice about herself, or just maintaining a file of the vanquished, or may be a fan following, or just a source of gyaan. So as far as possible, try to be honest and tell her what you feel. Not working out....Work a little bit. Still not working out?? Get out of it before all is lost. Because it will lead you nowhere and you will end up losing time and a good nights sleep, and ur ego left in tatters. So just chuck her out and move on with your life.
If its not mutual then why do you keep on spending time on it???
Why do you press hard when you know the battery is dead?????
Is it only you who will benefit if something happens?? Are you looking for a shoulder to cry or what?? If people can act unreachable....So can you...Hope you are not that weak.
But before you leave the effort...Just give a ...Last chance...With honesty.....WHAT!!!!! Already done that????
then dude save yourself......Because nothing is going to come out of it.
either she can't recognize a good guy from a bad one(and therefore a lot of learning and suffering is going to come her way)
or you aren't that good and so why bother waste time on lost cause, either improve yourself, or get away from people with bad judgment.....Get a life.....
